Let’s discover the brand new Côte Saint-Jacques greedy Boutique with foodstuffs carefully selected by Jean-Michel Lorain.
Let's be tempted with our homemade sweet : macarons, chocolates, toffees, nougats, marsh-mallows, jams and our speciality, « Le Dagmar ».

Salty food is not forgotten : you can order the famous Côte Saint-Jacques Boudin (blood sausage), but also smoked salmon, Foie gras as well as chutneys created and prepared in our kitchen.

Jean-Michel Lorain has also decided to propose you a large range of products daily used in his kitchen : spices, oils, vinegars, salts, but also a selection of natural and craft-made pasta, as well as rices, such as, for example, the famous Venere rice.

For your greedy presents, your only difficulty is that of choosing ! Without forgetting flavoured sugars with different tastes and shapes, a large range of high quality teas …

You may then enjoy composing your greedy casket to be offered … or to offer you !

Wines are also present  Wine and Burgundy Crémant, you will have then the choice between good vintage wines.

Our Winewaiter will regularly bring his favorites to light.

Then, to succed in your cooking, we propose kitchen materials and ustensils, but also Tables arts.

Every day, new products come to enrich the shop windows of our greedy Boutique.

Opened on the outside, it is thus accessible to everyone, without having to go through the reception.

To discover : The Dagmar, a delicious sweet, speciality of Joigny

 This delicious speciality of Joigny was created at the begining of the XXth C.. Its name recalls a danish princess, née Princess Dagmar, who was, thanks to her marriage with the Emperor Alexander 3th, Empress of Russia.

The Dagmar has had its hour of glory in the sixties. At this time, its reputation by far outshines the Yonne department borders, before disappearing.

The Dagmar is a chocolate fudge, coated with a thin crunchy caramel layer. 

 To refind the original recipe, Michel Lorain took a lot of time, and the success of this revival is greatly due to the gustative memories of numerous inhabitants of Joigny.

 Jean-Michel Lorain is anxious to carry on this tradition which pleases so much Joigny inhabitants and which today, people of everywhere in France and from elsewhere appreciate.

 Then, La Côte Saint-Jacques fitted out a laboratory where they are made, according to the same craft processes as formerly, by our head pastry chef.

Their preparation is delicate because each fudge is cut then hand dipped into the toffy.
